Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is submitted to the provider serving that result experience. Farmington Residents Directory does not retain a separate copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most hosted sites, Farmington Residents Directory may receive routine server-log data such as an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review it in aggregate to maintain the service and understand general page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use limited data to operate the service, diagnose problems, measure overall traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
Outside Websites
The reference links to San Juan County, City of Farmington, New Mexico, library, archive, and third-party services. Their own privacy terms govern information submitted on their services. That includes the third-party provider behind sponsored search results.
Who Can Receive Information
Hosting and support providers process the routine logs needed to run the service. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when required by valid legal process or otherwise permitted by law.
Data Security
The site uses an encrypted connection, and routine logs are retained only as long as the operational purposes described here require. Farmington Residents Directory has no visitor accounts, passwords, or on-site visitor profiles to maintain.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data a service maintains. Because Farmington Residents Directory keeps little visitor information, a request generally involves its contact mailbox and routine logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Government records held by New Mexico, San Juan County, or City of Farmington custodians are outside our control; requests about those records must go to the responsible agency. New Mexico’s IPRA, NMSA 1978, Chapter 14, Article 2, governs access to public records rather than a general right to erase them.
Policy Changes
We will post changes to this policy here. Continuing to use Farmington Residents Directory after a posted update means you accept the revised policy.
